چکیده
Sir, Common variable immunode¢ciency (CVID), one of the most frequent of the primary speci¢c immunode¢ciencies, is a heterogeneous group of syndromes characterized by a de¢ciency in antibody synthesis associated with panhypogammaglobulinaemia and recurrent bacterial infections (1). The occurrence of non-caseating granulomas in di¡erent organs, including the skin, has been described previously. We report here a new case of cutaneous granulomas in a patient with CVID.
